punishment to the animal abusers`

The abusers would get one year in jail and they will not be able
to get another pet. You should sigh because animals deserve to live and be treated well and they DON'T HAVE A VOICE TO STICK UP FOR THERE SELF'S. Why get a pet if gonna abuse it.
